This video explores the collaboration of
organizations in Silicon Valley who together
designed pilots to measure and increase data center energy efficiency.
Deborah Grove of Grove-Associates interviewed 11 participants from
organizations including the EPA, Accenture, Sun Microsystems, SVLG, Cassatt,
Yahoo, and others. Her interviews reveal the innovative and scalable process
that resulted in this first Data Center Energy Summit held at the Santa Clara, CA Campus of
Sun Microsystems on June 26, 2008. This was a landmark event.
